Frequently asked questions

Do you come to assisted living?

Yes — assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care facilities throughout the Coachella Valley. The signer must still be alert and able to consent.

Can you notarize a will?

Wills typically require witnesses, not a notary. The “self-proving affidavit” attached to a will is notarized — we can do that. For will drafting, work with an attorney.

Bilingual visits available?

Yes — fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

How do gate access and HOA rules work?

No issue — resident or family typically clears guard or HOA entry before arrival. Sometimes a community concierge handles it.

Need a notary at a 55+ community?
